Well, tuesday night you weren't feeling good and you slept it off, woke up and felt much better in the morning. Back to your usual chatty self, all smiles and just a little bit of fuss, but of course! :)
Wednesday we went to visit Auntie Monica & Great grandma Carmen. It was such a hot day, but we still made the most of it. They were so happy to see you, and we discovered that you & Auntie Monica are long lost twins...birthmark twins. You have the same birthmark on the same side of your tummies! She was so excited to have that unique connection with you! Grandma Carmen was happy to hold you, she hadn't seen you since you were born! We're going to start seeing Auntie Monica every week now, she just can't get enough of your little face. You were talking back to her and smiling...it was so heartwarming. I know that if you were ever to stay with her, she would take the best care of you!
By the time we got back home, Daddy had left to work, and you were pretty tired. Before we knew it, you were off to bed, another day passed!
Yesterday, Thursday, we had yet another action packed day. We went Downtown to have sushi, Mommies & Daddies favorite. I was soooo happy to finally have sushi after so long, some sacrifices are worth it though! Then we went to get some coffee & hang out, you were being such a good girl, despite the heat! By the time we were heading back home, Grandpa Earl called with a special delivery, diapers and wipes! Because you definitely know how to go through those! You had a little hissy fit because you were tired of driving around and being in the heat...I dont blame you, I felt the same way!
The heat wave doesnt seem to be letting up...we're trying to do everything we can to keep you cool, even if it means dressing you down to just diapers! Everyday spent with you is just wonderful my little Ellabear! I always tell you "Mommy loves Ella and Ella loves Mommy" and thats just how it goes! Lets see what other adventures the weekend has in store!
